With your permission, we are happy to include your event in our church bulletin, weekly emailed newsletter, flyer table, website, and social media.
GUIDELINES FOR RENTERS NOTE: Our Landmarked Church and Rectory buildings are not barrier-free. Our Church building is not air conditioned and the heat can be tempermental in winter.
Date requested is a penciled in hold until the church receives back the completed rental agreement form.
Performance and exhibit rentals inviting audiences will be required to hire an on-site Sexton @$15/hour for the course of the event.
NO adhesive tape is to be used on any floor, wall, wood, furniture, door or fence, or any other part of Historic St. Peter’s premises. The adhesive on the tape damages the historic wood, the paint, and the tiles and its use is not allowed. .
All equipment planned to be brought in to the church must be discussed and approved first.
Any heavy material brought in on carts can further damage our floor - please let us know in advance if your group is bringing in heavy equipment so that we can work together to prevent damage.
Any group that rents or uses our space is liable for any damage to St. Peter's property or premises by its employees, members, agents, or guests.
After a performance or rehearsal, the Church and Rectory buildings must be restored to the condition found upon arrival, so that the next group can use the space.
All lights and electrical equipment, stove burners, etc. should be turned off before leaving the space.
For security and fire safety in the Church, please make sure that the door between the Church and the bell tower; the door between the Baptistry and Sacristy; as well as the middle Sacristy door are closed before leaving.
Check to see that all group members and guests have left, and that all external doors (Rectory, Sacristy, and Church) have been locked securely.
If your group is using the Rectory, please ensure that all four doors are locked before you leave.
